About the NEMMCA:
The Northeast Michigan Medical Control Authority supervises and coordinates the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system in northeast Michigan. The NEMMCA provides a number of services to local EMS services including the establishment of practice protocols for their constituent agencies and educating physicians and hospital staff on these protocols. The following agencies are part of the NEMMCA:
